Odyssey Gaming Services is a progressive and growing player in the hospitality & gaming industry! We're seeking a technician who can assist with the success of our Repair Centre with bench level repairs and fault finding.

This position is critical to the streamlined delivery of quality serviceable gaming machine components to support our clients. You will pride yourself on your customer service, working in a team, conducting electronic diagnostics, maintenance and repairs across all assemblies within gaming machines and auxiliary equipment. Whilst not the primary function of the role, there will be some responsibility over efficient store service to all internal and external customers. 

To be successful in this role you will

• Effectively undertake examination and testing of equipment to accurately diagnose faults in a manner that is in accordance with established practices, systems and processes.
• Effectively undertake adjustments, repairs and replaces worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintains electronic gaming and auxiliary equipment parts.
• Reassembling, installing, testing, adjusting, calibrating, modifying and repairing electrical equipment to conform with regulations and safety requirements.
• Advise Technicians of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions.
• Apply knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles in commissioning and maintaining systems.
• Proactively communicating with other Odyssey Gaming departments to ensure they are aware of any potential to impact on the Repair Centre’s ability to deliver its services within agreed parameters.
• Interpret technical drawings & information (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, etc)
• Accurately and efficiently process all goods received/despatched.
• Accurately manage inventory including the effective and accurate use of any inventory management
  systems in place.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe premises and equipment.
