Odyssey Gaming Services is a progressive, strong operator in Queensland’s electronic hospitality gaming industry and we’re expanding our team! We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Machine Technician to support our hospitality gaming venues across Southeast Queensland. Whether you’re already technically qualified or you’ve been a supervising attendant in a gaming room looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

No two days are the same. Working with our Brisbane-based team (with the occasional adventure to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, or regional QLD), you will:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic gaming machine issues and peripherals (including player loyalty systems)
• Attend and resolve remedial service call-outs
• Install gaming machines, systems, and related equipment
• Deliver scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure venues are ready for peak play
• Represent Odyssey as the knowledgeable, helpful, customer-focused pro you are

Who are we looking for?

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Technical qualifications and/or experience operating or maintaining gaming machines
• An OLGR Gaming Repairers Licence (or the ability to obtain one)
• A QLD Restricted Electrical Work Licence (or the ability to obtain one)
• Confident, intermediate IT skills
• A current Australian driver’s licence
• A genuine reputation for exceptional customer service and professional presentation
