Odyssey Gaming, a Federal Group company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a suite of interconnected products spanning invenue systems, business intelligence solutions, and the data platform that powers our future capabilities. This is a pivotal role that blends strategy, discovery, commercial thinking, and crossfunctional leadership. 

What you’ll lead 

  • Define and own the longterm product vision and strategy across a multiproduct portfolio, ensuring alignment with   organisational, technical, and regulatory priorities. 
  • Shape and manage the product roadmap, using structured analysis, customer insights, and commercial considerations to prioritise what matters most. 
  • Drive customercentred discovery, engaging directly with venues, analysing data, and validating opportunities through research and experimentation. 
  • Partner across our business to deliver strategic outcomes and maintain delivery teams. 
  • Set clear product requirements, outcomes, and success measures, validating through testing, feedback, and performance data. 
  • Own key product performance metrics including adoption, usage, commercial contribution, and operational stability. 
  • Represent Odyssey with customers, partners, and regulators, communicating product direction and building trust in our solutions. 
  • Coach and uplift Product Owner capability, fostering strong analytical thinking, customercentricity, and delivery discipline. 

What you bring 

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, B2B software, datadriven, or platform environments, ideally within medium to complex organisations. 
  • Proven leadership in product strategy, roadmap development, and crossfunctional delivery, with measurable customer and commercial outcomes. 
  • Strong understanding of platforms, APIs, data products, cloud services, or enterprise integrations, with the ability to influence technical decisions. 
  • Demonstrated capability in opportunity assessment, business case development, and commercial modelling. 
  • A deep customercentric mindset, with experience in structured discovery, hypothesis testing, and outcomebased product management. 
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to align diverse stakeholders around product direction. 
  • Highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to rapidly understand new domains and synthesise insights. 
  • Experience in operational or venuebased technology environments (hospitality, gaming, or similar) is advantageous but not essential. 
  • Eligibility to hold a Key Monitoring Employee License from the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation.
